To fix this you must update your user ID and/or password in the toolbar. • When in Outlook, open the "Tools > Options" menu • Click on the Sales 2.0 Forum tab • Enter your user ID and password and click OK Already logged in error   This user is already logged in on another workstation. (298) If you get the above error when logging in it means you did not properly log out of your last session.
